Ceraphys Labs is a Nigerian computer vision company. We help businesses reduce loss, improve compliance, and pull operational data from CCTV: theft and loitering alerts, PPE and HSE governance, pallet counts, ANPR at the gate, and more.
Who we are
Built in Nigeria for sites that cannot afford blind spots.
We put intelligence on existing cameras so operators spend less time watching playback and more time acting on what matters: shrinkage, perimeter breaches, policy violations, and the counts and flows that keep operations honest.

Our mission names the two things we protect, and it treats them as one. We protect people: every worker who steps onto a site expecting to step off it again.
And we protect the infrastructure those sites are built on, because that infrastructure is not simply an asset on a balance sheet. It is how everyone connected to the operation, from the cleaner to the shareholder, earns a living and provides for the people they love. Protecting it is protecting them.

Three outcomes from one camera estate.
Security: theft, loitering, intrusion, and after-hours activity. Governance: PPE, zone rules, and behavior your organization expects. Operations: pallet counts, ANPR, dock flow, and other signals a model can read from the feed you already own.
What we do
Models run on your feeds and flag what your policy cares about: a missing hard hat in a hot-work zone, a person loitering at a loading bay after hours, a plate at the gate that does not match the manifest, a pallet stack that does not match the count in your system.
Alerts route to a human reviewer. Verified events carry timestamps, clips, and metadata into audit logs and compliance records. Nothing auto-submits. The goal is faster action and a defensible trail, not more noise on a wall of screens.
How we do it
Deploy on the edge or in the cloud. Connect RTSP and ONVIF cameras you already operate. Start with one high-value use case: ANPR at a gate, PPE in a hazardous zone, or pallet counting on a dock line. Expand when the signal proves out.
We build for Nigerian and West African operators: intermittent connectivity, conservative OT reviews, and regulators who expect evidence, not promises. Raw video stays on site. Only events and consented clips leave when you allow it.
